Now the HTML Fairy has sprinkled ‘pixie dust’ and brought the blog back to life, I am trying to resume normal service. Please be patient with me. I have been somewhat unwell during the last few days and I am still not at full strength.

Good to see it was a faerie problem and not the end off the blog. It's very hard to find a blog worth the reading for some reason even with all the millions out there.
Well your blog has wonderful pictures of magnificent gravestones from ‘the Auld Kirk’ which is enough of a reason for me to check it out.
