I'm glad you were there, and that he had a loved one with him when he died. Isn't that how we all want to go? I hope it was peaceful and easy for him. Nobody should ever die alone, I'm glad your granddad didn't.
Words are never adequate but I offer them anyway. I hope you find peace, acceptance and happiness. I imagine that is what your grandfather would want for you.
